This position will be responsible for field support for GeN2 & Traditional installation & adjustment activities for Otis North America operations. This position can be based remote with the willingness to travel 40-50% throughout the Americas (U.S. and Canada) to support new construction and modernization projects. On a typical day you will: - Provide field engineering support for field hardware & software issues on GeN2 & other Traction Products. - Provide technical engineering assistance for startup and adjusting issues on GeN2 & other Traction Products. - Drive GeN2 installation efficiency improvements. - Provide after installation product support. - Interface with OSC field engineering for similar product issues.
