Job description

This role provides independent oversight, governance and continuous improvement of the organisation’s whistleblower protection framework and competition law compliance program. It supports ethical culture, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management across the Group. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Audit and business functions, the role is responsible for the oversight and ongoing enhancement of whistleblower and competition compliance frameworks, including assurance, education and continuous improvement. The role does not act as an investigator or legal adviser. This position is well suited to a candidate looking to deepen their expertise in whistleblower protection and competition compliance within a structured governance environment.
