Summary The Section of General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Associate to lead the daily operations of our Internal Medicine Outpatient Clinic at the Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center McNair Campus. The Internal Medicine Outpatient Clinic comprises of 11 internal medicine providers. As the Clinical Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage daily operations, assist with daily operational requests (patient complaints, insurance questions, etc.), and analyze clinical metrics in order to identify and address challenges. With over 250 faculty and staff, the section of General Internal Medicine is one of the largest and most diverse in mission and faculty in the Margaret M. and Albert B. Alkek Department of Medicine.
