Our Business Law Group is internationally recognized for its depth of experience and knowledge advising a diverse group of domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, complex reorganizations and other corporate and commercial matters. Due to our national approach, the candidate will be called to work with lawyers from the firm’s other offices.
