Inside the Role Inside the Role We are seeking a strategic and analytical Compensation Specialist to support regional compensation initiatives across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to implement compensation structures that drive organizational effectiveness, support talent strategies, and ensure market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in Workday.
