Senior Human Resources Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) — Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) Human Resources (HR) team is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic HR business partner to Manufacturing, Quality, and Materials Management leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team that plays a critical role in program delivery and BDS success. As a senior HR leader, you will be the principal business partner and trusted advisor to the Manufacturing Vice President of MS&B, providing guidance across talent management, employee engagement, and organizational culture. You will lead a HR team responsible for the HR execution supporting the Manufacturing, Quality, and Materials Management organizations and ensure HR strategies are aligned with program and business objectives. In addition, this position will also collaborate extensively with senior HR counterparts across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) and Boeing Global Services (BGS) to design and deploy integrated, enterprise talent solutions.
