Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Strategy & Business Partnering Act as a Strategic Financial Partner to the General Manager and local management team, providing strategic advisory and reliable recommendations. Manage all financial assets in accordance with the company's strategy, global guidelines, and local legislation. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, influencing the decision-making process and supporting team synergy. Actively contribute to global finance team initiatives, representing the interests and specifics of the local affiliate. 2. Operations, Reporting & Treasury Responsible for optimizing budgeting, reporting, accounting, and treasury processes and systems (including advanced use of SAP). Ensure the integrity and timely preparation of statutory and management reports, financial forecasts, and budgets, in compliance with both Group and local standards. Prepare periodic cash flow plans and forecast short- and long-term cash outflows, while optimizing tax responsibilities. 3.
