Description: This position will work to maintain elements of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 requirements as well as company policies, work instructions and procedures. Responsibilities: Requirements: Knowledge/Education: Experience: Skills/Competencies: - Adheres to Viant’s Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements including but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and procedures, and customer requirements. - Manage daily performance and attendance of Quality Personnel in the inspection department. - Self-directed leader able to oversee Quality Inspector associates and daily tasks with minimal supervision. - Oversee associates in a manner that fosters a safe work environment and self-directed work team through open communication, trust and integrity. - Provide work direction and guidance throughout the shift on issues relating to quality, compliance and sched...
