Accuflex Opportunity – Commercial Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) | Global F1 Brand: Accuflex has an exciting opportunity for a talented and commercially minded Solicitor (NQ up to 3 years PQE) to join our client, a globally recognised F1 brand, on an interim basis. This role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of commercial contracts , with a particular focus on technology, SaaS, and digital agreements , within a fast-paced and innovative in-house legal team. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, IT services, data sharing, and supplier contracts. Work closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, technology, marketing, and operations teams to support day-to-day legal needs and strategic initiatives. Lead negotiations with external counterparties, ensuring commercially pragmatic and risk-balanced outcomes. Advise on key issues relating to data protection, confidentiality, and intellectual property within commercial agreements.
