A Day in Your Life at MKS: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support the HR department. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all HR processes, including people partnering, recruitment and admin within a dynamic and people-focused environment. - Prepare and organize documentation for new hires, including offer letters and administrative onboarding forms. - Updating job descriptions and organizational charts based on changes communicated by the team. - Maintain the employee’s data base up to date. - Consolidating feedback from internal surveys (e.g., Employee Engagement survey) and preparing summaries for the HR team. - Assisting in the organization of well-being, internal recognition initiatives (e.g., anniversaries, internal events, all hands) and learning initiatives. - Support for recruitment team Experiences & Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle confidential informatio...
