Engineering Manager Location: Regent Street, London: Job Type: Full-Time Company: BGIS About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and ensure the smooth delivery of building services across our contract portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in hard services/facilities management, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the on-site engineering team - Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed safely and on time - Deliver high standards of service and maintain strong client relationships - Monitor contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, and budgets - Produce monthly performance reports - Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations - Manage subcontractors and review performance regularly - Support recruitment, training, development, and appraisals of staff - Identify and manage additional works opportunities - Attend client meetings and present operational and financial updates - Promote a positive team culture and continuous improvement What We’re Looking Fo...
