Job Description Essential Jobs and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Report to front line leadership. - Work as a team member to obtain plant & departmental goals. - Safely operate equipment in a manner to ensure a maximum product throughput and minimum downtime including clearing & restarting machinery as necessary. - Visually inspect & gauge product in production. Documenting inspection results. - Report any non-conformances to front line leadership. - Correctly complete daily production reports & submit at shift’s end. - Feed materials to machines to keep production running. - Read & interpret traveler/work order. - Operate & understand MATTEC software. - Perform routine housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance as assigned/required. - Uphold Safety Absolutes. - Work & perform to ISO standards, SOPs and established Work Instructions. - Uphold Quality Standards & follow the Absolutes. - Other duties as assigned.
