Position Title: Manager, Parent, Family & Community Engagemen t (PFCE) Employee Type: Full-Time Regular: Supervisor Title: Program Director: Division: U.S. Programs & Advocacy: Summary: The Manager of Parent, Family and Community Engagement (PFCE) is responsible for supporting the following components of Head Start and Early Head Start programs: Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA), family engagement, family development and community partnerships. You will oversee and work closely with staff in all areas of ERSEA, which entails working in collaboration with Family Service Coordinators, the Manager of Education & Inclusion and/or Center Directors to maintain full enrollment in funded classroom slots. By assuming responsibility for development and oversight of family service systems, you will secure opportunities for families to identify their own strengths, needs and interests and where applicable, you will have oversight of the Home-Based program option and supervision of Home Visitors.
