Dematic Corp. seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Senior Manager to lead EHS efforts, maintain regulatory conformity, and promote continuous advancement within North American manufacturing sites. Reporting to manufacturing leadership, this role holds responsibility for cultivating a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting operational leaders with sound risk management methods. The EHS Senior Manager will lead daily environmental, health, and safety operations, coordinating with operations, engineering, and HR to maintain consistent EHS standards. This role will apply data to recognize risks, empower supervisors and staff, and continuously elevate safety results throughout various manufacturing sites in North America This position requires up to 50% travel and is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with a hybrid work arrangement when not traveling to manufacturing sites.
