SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor oversees, trains, and establishes structure for the clinicians assigned to the therapeutic programs within the Mental Health department by providing a valuable and collaborative experience within the supervision process. This position is responsible for the effective implementation of and adherence to clinical supervision requirements according to state licensing and other regulatory bodies, including the Department of Mental Health and the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. This position ensures the provision of high-quality care via supervision of assessments, treatment planning, and service delivery, as well as participation in the on-call crisis rotation.
