Work Experience: - Recently graduated or 1–2 years’ experience in a creative field (agency, marketing, or production company) - Experience working with web and native applications a plus - Background in Digital Design with a strong foundational understanding of visual design principles - Genuine curiosity about AI tools and an openness to exploring how they can support design workflows—from ideation and research to rapid prototyping and workflow efficiency - Eagerness to learn and grow in a highly collaborative, feedback-driven environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to present work clearly and ask thoughtful questions - Comfort collaborating across disciplines and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders Preferred Experience: Want to know more about WWT Digital? https://www.wwt.com/category/digital/overview Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range.
