Project Manager II Energy & Water Infrastructure Projects and Programs Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a Project Manager II to join our Projects and Programs Department’s Energy & Water Infrastructure Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing small- to medium-scale water, wastewater, gas, and/or electrical infrastructure projects, providing project management services to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
