Position Title: Supervisor, Facilities DC Departments: Facilities: Function: Maintenance: Grade: 160: Reports To: Manager, Facilities: FLSA Status: Exempt: Location: ODC – Avon, IN (not remote) Shift: 3rd Shift Friday - Sunday Days Position Summary: The primary function of the Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee the maintenance and repairs all building systems, equipment, facilities, and grounds to provide a safe and operationally sound building. This position supervises the Maintenance Technicians and Sanitation personnel (where applicable) in terms of work assignments and performance management. The Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor works with local service providers, inspectors and property asset managers in caring for the overall functional performance of the building and equipment.
