We are proud to employ over 1,000 associates and have been rated as one of Florida’s Top Workplaces SUMMARY: The on-site Landscape Specialist will provide independent oversight of landscape contracts, tree and palm contract, palm fertilization program, and association mulch program to ensure vendor compliance with the terms and conditions and to document overall performance daily, recommending corrective action when needed. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following: Utilize Microsoft suite products, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word in particular. iAuditor digital inspections or similar inspection software Daily inspection of Association landscaping, noting any contract variances and/or deficiencies in quality Meeting with Board Members or designated points of contact for the association on a routine basis to address thei...
