DATTCO is searching for an experienced leader to serve as Fleet District Manager in our School Bus Maintenance Division. This position reports to the Director of Fleet Maintenance and is responsible for managing roughly half of the division’s fleet locations and employees. Assigned locations are Westport, Durham, East Hampton, Middletown, New Haven and Portland, CT. Candidates should ideally reside within that geographic area. DATTCO is the largest private passenger transportation company in New England with 1,700 vehicles operating from over 30 locations. DATTCO was established in 1924 and is a third-generation, family-owned company. We began providing school bus transportation in 1949 and we currently service 30 school districts and Regional Education Service Centers throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island, transporting over 140,000 students annually.
