SUMMARY: Avetta is looking for an awesome HR Generalist to join our Global People Ops Team. The ideal candidate is someone with an outgoing personality, who is dynamic, fun, and ready to get things done. This position is the first face of the company for all new hires. The HR Generalist will provide human resources (HR) support relating to new hire onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. The HR Generalist will focus on applying HR policies and guidelines, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations, educating newly hired employees on HR policies and procedures, as well as counselling employees and managers on work-related issues. This role requires a hybrid schedule in our Lehi, UT office (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).
