The Campus Coordinator is a frontline operational leadership role responsible for stewarding hospitality, safety, and order across the campus. Campus Coordinators shape the emotional and operational climate every shift. They lead with hospitality and preserve that hospitality through disciplined safety and consistent standards. They steward an environment that is calm, relational, and controlled — where dignity is protected and forward movement is possible.
