Gaydon | Full-time | Permanent | On-site 4–5 days/week Aston Martin Lagonda is calling for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of its most complex larger scale and strategically critical vehicle programmes. This role sits within the Project Management department —the engine room of Aston Martin’s cross functional project creation teams . From initial concept studies new vehicles becoming establishing in series production, you’ll be instrumental driving projects to achieve their quality, cost and timing targets. You’ll guide and oversee the daily execution of programme objectives, ensuring your dedicated project management resources are effectively leading the wider cross functional team.. Your leadership will ensure that product definitions are precisely created and cascaded from customer level targets, cross-functional alignment is maintained, and every build phase (virtual or digital) meets expectations.
