Role overview: As a customer service consultant, your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance. The customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations and our job is to help and assist them in these situations. It is important to us that they receive the right assistance. You will often be the first person a customer talks to when something has happened on the road. We are looking for employees who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.
