About the Role The Vice President of International Criminal Justice, Counterterrorism and Countertrafficking Programs will provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for Culmen International’s global programs supporting law enforcement missions, security cooperation, foreign partner capacity building, border security modernization, counter terrorism operations, and international logistics programs. As a senior leader in the Division, you will oversee operations, manage profit and loss (P&L), forecast revenue, and pipeline growth, and drive operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of programs and customers. You will work closely with executive leadership, program teams, business development personnel, and USG stakeholders to expand Culmen’s global footprint and strengthen customer relationships.
