Description LindenGrove Waukesha an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Resident Assistant (RA). We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within. - AM, PM or Night shifts available - $16.50-$18.30 - Shift Differential for PM and Night Shifts ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and family members / personal representatives. - Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values. - Perform care as directed by the Director of Nursing A/L. - Promptly notify the on-duty Nurse of any change in resident status. - Provide services consistent with the resident service plan. - Participate in required initial and ongoing training programs and complete 15 hours of in-service training per year. - Use proper body mechanics in the performance of all tasks. - Only perform tasks in which training has been provided. - Always practice standard precautio...
