Job Posting Title: Graduate Research Assistant (Qualitative Research & Clinical Reasoning) Hiring Department: IC2 Institute Position Open To: All Applicants Weekly Scheduled Hours: 20 FLSA Status: Exempt from FLSA Earliest Start Date: Immediately Position Duration: Expected to Continue Until Dec 31, 2026 Location: UT MAIN CAMPUS Job Details: General Notes Under the direction of the Learning Lab leadership team, the employee will contribute to the design and implementation of research involving medical learners’ interactions with generative AI tools. The appointment is on a semester-by-semester basis. This position is expected to run through December 2026 with further extension expected. Position is eligible for Tuition Reduction Benefit (TRB) and is determined by the number of hours employed per week during the semester Purpose: The GRA will focus on qualitative research methods, working closely with interview data, written reflections, and open ended reasoning artifacts. This role emphasizes interpretive analysis of how participants think, reason, and reflect when interacting with AI or conventional clinical resources.
