Essential Job Responsibilities Qualifications: - BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field - 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or a regulated care environment - Experience supporting operations and clinical staff strongly preferred - Knowledge of labor law, healthcare compliance, and Just Culture principles - Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Dayforce preferred) and data reporting - Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building capabilities Success Profile: - Acts as a trusted advisor to site leadership - Operates with clarity, fairness, and courage - Uses data to tell the story and drive decisions - Strengthens culture by reinforcing values and expectations - Stabilizes workforce outcomes across assigned sites - Builds leader capability and reduces noise through proactive support Measurable Competencies: Cross-Department Partnerships The physical demands described here are representative of those that employees in this job must meet.
