The Manager, Practice Engagement will be a part of the Practice Engagement lane on Clinical Transformation within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC). The Clinical Transformation team leads DaVita in the transformation of kidney care by enabling care teams to engage patients in reaching their health goals and reducing overall cost to the healthcare system. Being the Partner of Choice to nephrologist practices allows our care teams to improve the clinical outcomes for our patients and grow this line of business.
