What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will get to: - Performs all work in accordance with standard operating procedures and drawing specifications with little assistance - Seeks opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality through checks and tests of the product. - Applies accurately calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gages, thread gages, pin gages, and other measuring tools. - Willingness to learn machine set-ups - Can identify minor Machine issues - Performs operational checks to ensure departmental tools, fixtures & equipment are in good working condition. - In performing assigned duties, frequently lifts / moves up to and including 50lbs. Standing, walking, bending, crouching, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing are all required motions of the job.
