Therapeutic Practice Lead - Southern Tasmania Inspire at Home Program: Southern Region: Maximum Term ending 30 June 2027, Full Time About Us: CatholicCare Tasmania is the primary social services agency of the Catholic Church across Tasmania. We have 60 years’ experience delivering a wide range of services and support to improve individual, family and community wellbeing. Our services are available and open to all with a particular focus on families, young people and children. About the Role: Our Inspire at Home Program supports young people aged 12-18 in residential placements. As the Therapeutic Practice Lead, you will play a critical role in creating trauma-informed, therapeutic environments for these young people. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will collaborate with Key Workers, Placement Leads, and Child Safety to conduct assessments, create support plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that prioritise the voice and wellbeing of each young person.
