Overview Darkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for an Operations Research Analyst SME (Technical Advisor) supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Responsibilities: The Operations Research Aanlyst SME (Technical Advisor) will manage a single system acquisition program / project or major functional area, responsibilities to include: - Establishing objectives and requirements. - Developing budgets. - Developing program / project standards and schedules. - Monitoringoutside resources. - Coordinating, reviewing, and supervising work of assigned staff. - Reviewing / overseeing preparation of all related documentation. - Conductingprogram reviews, meetings, etc. TRAVEL: - This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday. - Limited or minimal travel expected. CLEARANCE: EDUCATION: - Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required. - Potential to upgrade Secret clearance. - Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred. - High school diploma / GED + 10 years relevant experience OR - Military experience E6 and up.
