Job Description The Director of Product Management & New Product Development is responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and launch of new products to the optimization and growth of an established product portfolio. This role serves as a critical connector across the organization, translating business strategy into product execution while effectively communicating both upward to executive leadership and downward to product teams, as well as laterally across Sales, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, deep technology product experience, and a commercial mindset rooted in sales or marketing, with the ability to balance innovation, customer value, and financial performance.
