The Health Educator will focus on workforce development and employee engagement initiatives to support a strong and effective public health workforce within the Cumberland Plateau Health District. This position plans, implements, and evaluates training, professional development, and engagement initiatives designed to strengthen employee skills, promote continuous learning, and enhance workplace culture across the health district. The Health Educator collaborates with program managers, leadership, and staff to identify workforce needs, identify training opportunities, and develop strategies that foster employee well-being, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
