Description Location: Long Beach: Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Monthly Bonus Potential About the Role: Beach Front Property Management is seeking a Central Leasing Manager to oversee leasing strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This is a leadership role responsible for driving occupancy results, ensuring consistency in leasing operations, and managing a centralized leasing team. The position works closely with Operations and Marketing to support overall portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, train, and supervise Central Leasing Agents - Establish and manage leasing priorities across assigned properties - Monitor vacancy performance and ensure timely leasing activity - Implement standardized leasing processes and workflows - Serve as escalation point for complex leasing or prospect issues - Partner with Operations and Marketing on pricing, concessions, and leasing strategy - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Performance Expectations: - Maintain strong occupancy performance across the portfolio - Ensure units are marketed within 48 hours of notice - Minimize units exceeding 30 days vacant - Overse...
