Electrical General Foreman SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Electrical General Foreman that will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing foreman and craft team members based on the project schedule and state and federal requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures - Supervise and coordinate activities of foremen and their assigned craft workers - Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders - Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations - Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel - Study and analyze schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job - Analyze and resolve work problems - Maintain time records - Make cost estimates for contracts - Use logical step-by-step procedures in work - Plan work and solve problems - Make decisions based on measurable information - Operate machinery as needed - Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance - Effectively work and build relationships with those of divers...
