The ideal candidate will be a Digital Adoption SME (PeopleSoft SME) to lead digital adoption initiatives and drive end-user proficiency in PeopleSoft and related enterprise systems. You will combine deep PeopleSoft expertise with digital adoption platform (DAP) knowledge and change management skills. As a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to our Federal Government customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of digital adoption strategies for PeopleSoft and related enterprise applications. - Configure and manage digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix) to deliver in-application guidance and training. - Collaborate with change management and training teams to develop integrated user adoption programs. - Assess user adoption metrics and develop targeted interventions to improve proficiency and reduce support burden. - Serve as the primary SME for PeopleSoft functionality, configu...
