BRING US YOUR BEST. - Provides prompt, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to guests while creating a welcoming and engaging dining experience. - Takes accurate food and beverage orders, communicates effectively with bartenders and kitchen staff, and assists with beverage preparation and delivery. - Processes guest transactions accurately using POS systems and handles cash, credit, and comp transactions in accordance with financial control procedures. - Engages guests in friendly conversation, uses guest names when appropriate, and provides personalized service throughout the visit. - Monitors guest alcohol consumption and intervene as necessary in accordance with responsible service guidelines. - Promotes current property events, programs, and promotions and recognizes repeated or valued guests to ensure elevated service. - Assists with setup and breakdown of dining areas and ensures tables are properly set and guest-ready according to venue standards. - Maintains a clean, organized service station and assists with dining room cleanliness, including host stand and beverage areas, in accordance with health standards. - Restocks dishes, utensils, b...
