About This Opportunity: Ready to make a real impact? As an Advisor, Safer Communities, you’ll play a vital frontline role in supporting safe, respectful and inclusive environments across UQ. Acting as a trusted first point of contact, you’ll respond to disclosures of gender-based violence, behavioural risks and other concerns with empathy and professionalism. You’ll work within a highly collaborative team to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support during sensitive and complex situations helping ensure coordinated, timely responses that prioritise safety, wellbeing and dignity for our students and staff. Key responsibilities will include: Demonstrated experience applying trauma-informed, culturally responsive and person-centred approaches.
