Southall is a premier destination where nature, produce, and people come together in a powerful and unique way. This winter season, Southall is excited to launch a Pop-Up Food Truck on property, featuring Joyland burgers and fries . We are seeking a talented Line Cook to join our culinary team and play an integral role in this exciting new venture. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with the seasons of Middle Tennessee, creating product-driven culinary offerings that celebrate the incredible produce grown right here on the property. The Line Cook will be responsible for producing high-quality food within the food truck, working closely with the Events Team and the Event Center, which will serve as home base for the operation. As a representative of Southall’s culinary excellence, this individual will embody professionalism, teamwork, and respect across all departments. The food truck will operate Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The position will follow a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
