This role balances people leadership, technical oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a strong focus on integration strategy, composable solution enablement, and modern DevOps and system engineering practices. The position is responsible for providing architectural direction and development leadership across integration services and related platforms, while also serving as a primary liaison between corporate technology stakeholders and regional or product teams. By translating enterprise‑level integration strategies into actionable, market‑ready solutions, the Development Manager ensures consistency, reuse, and operational excellence without sacrificing flexibility or speed.
