Join us as a: Territory Portfolio Manager Your main responsibilities: Can be based in any of the Texas markets, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or Austin - Drive portfolio growth (Conversions, Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, Schindler Ahead) while ensuring compliance with sales management policies - Support and administer Sales priorities, processes, and product/service promotion to maximize territory performance - Ensure branch and service sales teams hold consistent, effective meetings focused on KPIs, accountability, and customer experience - Partner with internal departments to implement key initiat...
