You will support them from their initial enquiry through to the start of their journey, ensuring they feel informed, confident and excited. You will also be expected to build ongoing relationships with guests and continue to support them across all channels. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?: - Provide expert advice to help customers choose the ideal motorhome experience - Act as a subject matter expert on our fleet, procedures and policies - Manage customer enquiries across inbound calls, outbound calls and digital channels (email, chat and online enquiries) - Handle quotes, reservations, booking amendments, upselling and payment processing - Conduct on‑site motorhome viewings when re...
