The Opportunity: The Client Service Associate will begin their client service insurance brokerage training and development journey in Hylant’s Foundations Training & Development Program. This program offers a robust curriculum of foundational insurance learning experiences, knowledge and skills of Hylant clients supporting activities designed to prepare for successful transition to a dedicated Employee Benefits client service role. This position has a June 2026 start date . In This Role You Will Execute On: - Develop an understanding and complete adoption of Hylant’s servicing tools and processes. - Obtain Life & Health licensure, developing and enhancing knowledge of the insurance marketplace, products, and services. - Provide general administrative and document management support to client service teams such as preparation, printing, binding, and distribution of client presentations and other deliverables; run and distribute reports; and physical and electronic client documentation management - Perform data entry and maintain client information in agency management system(s) including initial client set up, client information updates, policy details, document management, etc. - P...
