Role Title: Client Relations Manager Employment Type: Permanent Full Time; 38 hours per week Salary: Starting from $80,000 per annum + 12% Superannuation Location: Head Office (Summer Hill) with Work from Home opportunities Montessori Care supports people with disabilities and older Australians to live with greater independence. We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to lead client engagement and service delivery across our team. About the Role: As a Client Relations Manager, you will manage the daily relationship between Montessori Care and our clients. That means owning onboarding, service planning, incident management, and regular client reviews. You will supervise a team of over 100 support workers and act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and support networks.
