Position Description: The USAID Office of the General Counsel (OGC) serves as the Agency's Chief Legal Office, providing advice on legislative, administrative, and program matters. OGC represents USAID in legal matters, including administrative and litigation, congressional investigations, and interagency legal coordination. Scope of Work: The USAID Office of General Counsel is looking for licensed attorneys to handle employment law matters generally. If they have not already, these lawyers will need to familiarize themselves with federal employment rules, including grievance procedures.
