Your role on the team: - Monitors information technology infrastructure and related system operations and assesses potential risks - Evaluates training requirements for current and new IT solutions, develops appropriate training materials, and provides staff training - Develops analytical and reporting tools, feasibility studies, and recommendations for enhancements to the IT infrastructure and its supporting hardware and software - Reviews budgets for team/functional area; Hires and trains new staff What you need: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a 4 year college or university - Minimum 6 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Minimum 3 years of team supervising experience What you gain from joining our team: - Access wages early with the Rain financial wellness app - Free telemed...
