About the Role: At Ogilvy, we are seeking for an internship within the Human Resources department of our agency. What You’ll Do: - Supporting company recruitment processes. - Managing the search and selection processes for our Young Talent Program. - Utilizing internal applications and digital recruitment platforms, resume screening, phone/online interviews, and identifying new talent. - Assisting in the management of agreements with various Educational Institutions (e.g., Collaboration Agreements, Internship Annexes). - Providing support in the administrative control and management of new hires/onboarding. - Managing and maintaining internal databases and the talent pool of profiles. - Supporting the HR department with various tasks (e.g., career/job fairs, presentation prep...
