- Location: London, Manchester or Radbrook - Duration: 6 months (initial) - Application deadline: 12 November 2025 - Interviews: November 2025 - Start date: January 2026 Overview: Our client, a leading global financial services institution, is delivering a major transformation of its Wholesale Lending operations and systems. This role sits within the Operational Change and Transformation function, leading the migration of data and processes from the legacy lending platform (ACBS) to the new strategic platform ( Loan IQ ). Key Responsibilities: - Lead a migration pod to plan, manage and execute data migration and associated business change activities. - Oversee test migrations, dry runs and go-live execution to ensure accurate, complete data transfer. - Drive the reconciliation of pre- and post-migration data, identifying and resolving discrepancies to enhance data quality. - Work closely with business users, technology teams, operations, and control functions to align requirements and processes. - Create and maintain project artefacts including requirements documentation, process flows, test scripts, and sign-off materials. - Support business readiness, ensuring appropriate trainin...
