Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our Draper Allergy Clinic. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including administering allergy injections, supporting patient care, and assisting with prior authorizations when needed. Comprehensive, hands-on training will be provided. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required. Skills and Abilities: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate courteously and effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to communicate professionally with physicians, staff, and patients - Bilingual skills are a plus - Dependable, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Team-oriented with a willingness to support others Essential Functions and Duties: - Collect and maintain accurate patient demographic information - Obtain prior authorizations for medications and procedures - Prepare patients for exams and provide providers with relevant clinical information (lab results, vitals, medications, allergies) - Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and care needs - Perform allergy testing and ad...
